The controller responsible for the personal data collected through this site is Norte Agencia ("Norte"), a project currently in the process of being formally incorporated as a legal entity. Until that process is complete, data processing is carried out directly by its founders. You can contact us with any questions regarding your personal data at somosnorte.agencia@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Through the Site's contact form, we only collect the data you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message. The Site does not use cookies or tracking technologies: the only analytics tool we use (Vercel Analytics) does not use cookies and does not individually identify users.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the data you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to contact you in the future regarding Norte Agencia's services. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell, assign, or share it with third parties.
4. Legal basis and consent
The processing of your data is based on the express consent you give by checking the corresponding box and submitting the contact form. You may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal, by writing to the contact address indicated in this policy.

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion.

You may request access to, rectification, update, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to somosnorte.agencia@gmail.com. If you reside in Argentina, you may also exercise your rights before the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326. If you reside in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
7. Transfers and storage
We do not transfer your data to third parties. Messages sent through the contact form are received directly in our email inbox.
