Who we are:
norte
We're Melanie Arnott and Martina Ortiz Novero, the founders of NORTE. After years of managing projects and bringing ideas to life, we set out to build something of our own. NORTE grew out of that ambition: a boutique agency built around our way of working, partnering closely with founders and businesses to turn strategy into meaningful progress.
We believe growth starts with understanding a business from the inside out. That means finding clarity in the challenges, building the right strategy, creating more effective ways of working and making better decisions together.
